Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company/Nairobi City County Government

Damaris was one of two Consultants engaged by the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) to develop the Water services and sanitation Policy and legislative framework for the Nairobi City County government. This resulted in the draft Nairobi City County water and sanitation services Policy; the draft Nairobi City County water and sanitation services Bill, 2018 and supporting regulations. The Policy and the Bill addressed the use and management of water resources under the devolved functions, and provision of water to low- income areas.
